The Nassau Inn is the only hotel that is within walking distance of the workshop.

Most hotels run a shuttle to downtown Princeton, but you should ask to make sure.
A low-cost option in town is the Erdman Center, Princeton Theological Seminary's boutique meeting and lodging facility is located at 20 Library Place, Princeton, NJ, directly across the street from the Seminary library and about a five-minute walk from the train station, Princeton University's campus, and downtown Princeton.
