Registration

To ensure the highest quality event planning, we ask for registrations by Friday, September 19, 2008. However, we strongly urge anyone who would like to come to do so, despite this earlier RSVP suggestion.

The registration fee is $80 for advance registration. An additional $20 fee will be charged for anyone registering on the day of the symposium. Please send your completed registration form and registration fee to Robin Block as soon as possible. Upon receipt of your registration, we will send you additional information regarding the symposium. You can download the registration form from the link below.

Download registration form as a (.doc) or (.pdf) document.

Parking

There are two options available, both shown on the parking map. Option #1) Metered parking near the event sites is available. The directions for getting here lead to the intersection of Prospect Street and Olden Street, within sight of the Computer Science Building. Park at any metered space along Prospect Street and walk over to the Friend Center, situated on the corner of Olden Street and William Street. Option #1 is the better option. Option #2) If you want free parking or cannot find a space on Prospect Street, you can park in Lot 21, at the corner of Fitz Randolph and Faculty Road.  A shuttle van named the "Blue Line," runs every 10 minutes from Lot 21 to the Friend Center, the event site.
