Summer 2005 - 06

The site of Les Pradelles at the beginning of our excavations in July, 2006. This view is from the major excavation to the west toward the storage abri.

 

 

 

Les Pradelles, excavations of the sediments on the eastern side of the deposit. Bruno works with the Electronic Distance Measure (EDM) which is used to record the details of discovery of archaeologically important features.

 

 

Summer of 2005, excavating on the east face of the site are Angela, Margaret, Chrissy and Lon.

Taylor and Whitney taking part in one of the more interesting chores at the site, wet sieving the sediments to find all the little bits and microfaunal bones. Much fun!
