  • Our work at Caltech on pushing integrated silicon integrated technology (CMOS) beyond its traditional cut-off frequencies into the Terahertz frequency gap received a fair amount of press coverege in news outlets such as NBC news, endgadget, Foxnews, Bloomberg Business News, phys.org, Mashable, Times of India etc. Terahertz gap is a range of frequencies between microwave and optical which can open doors to a host of unique properties such as ultra-high speed wireless communication, high-resolution imaging to spectroscopic analysis of biomolecules, but where technology is severely limited. We demonstrated the first integrated THz chipsets which generates and radiates record power directly from the chip and can electronically control beam-direction for real-time scanning. Here's a link to the press release . Our work has been featued in the following places. Here's the press release.

  • Our work on self-healing circuits and systems at Caltech which can dynamically program and self-heal in presence of fabrication errors, process variations, environemntal changes and any sort of intentional or unintentional damages was also featured in various places. Here's the press release.
