Tiffany Johnson

Artistic Director
 
Tiffany Johnson was
born in Nurnberg, Germany, under classic
“army-brat” conditions. She began performing when she was five,
singing with the adult choir in her church. After returning to the US, she attended Davidson
Fine Arts
Magnet School in Augusta, GA
and began studying dance at age 10 after participating in both chorus and
orchestra programs. She is trained in ballet, tap, jazz, and modern and
attended the Georgia Governor’s Honor Program in 2004, training under
the direction of Benjamin Westifer among others. In
addition to dance she has participated in state and regional One-Act
competitions with her high school and won an All-Star Cast award, first place
in State One-Act competition, and mainstage
performance at Georgia Theatre Conference.
Tiffany is currently a
Politics major at Princeton with a focus on
American Politics and is also pursuing a certificate in the department of
Near Eastern Studies. She is
extremely pleased to serve as the current Artistic Director of BodyHype and
feels that it is an amazing outlet for a company of incredibly creative and
talented people.
