The first time RYAN JAMES KIM danced, he was six years old and a guest at a relative's wedding. After an embarrassing episode that involved his tuxedo pants splitting down the center seam, plenty of pointing fingers and having to sit in the limo in shame for the rest of the night, Ryan thought he would never dance again. and he was sad. But then as a young man in high school, Ryan started frequenting dance clubs sometimes as late at four o'clock in the morning. Though he never had formal training, the music he heard there gradually changed him and he started doing strange things like dancing in the shower instead of just singing. To this day, he still suspects that slipping on soap will eventually cause him serious injury. Ryan joined BodyHype in the spring of his freshman year and has loved it every since. Besides dancing, he enjoys writing and watching movies.
