Active Learning in STEM
What is active learning pedagogy? What does it look like? How do we know it works? At this interactive workshop, Nancy Lape, Howard Stone, and Sonja Francis will address these questions and demonstrate active learning methods. Participants will generate ideas for how best to implement these methods in their own classrooms.
Facilitators: Nancy K. Lape, Visiting Professor of Chemical and Biological Engineering and William R. Kenan, Jr. Visiting Professor for Distinguished Teaching. Howard A. Stone, Donald R.
