The Electoral Innovation Lab at Princeton University presents a Friday Forum: A Talk with Mindy Finn, CEO of Citizen Data, on Mail-in Ballots and Lessons from Conducting an Election Amid a Pandemic

Mindy Finn is a civic entrepreneur who has led large-scale campaigns and initiatives to improve politics, polarization, and voting through her non-profit and for-profit work. She is the CEO of Citizen Data, a non-partisan data analytics start-up that serves the public interest. She is also co-founder of Stand Up Republic, which uses media and grassroots campaigns to fight for accountable government, electoral reform, healthy media, and pluralistic society. Ms. Finn has worked at the highest levels of politics, media, and technology for two decades. She led digital programs for George W. Bush and Mitt Romney, as well as for dozens of political candidates and causes through her first successful company, Engage, which she sold in 2011. In 2016, she ran as an Independent Vice Presidential candidate alongside Evan McMullin, a ticket that garnered a record number of national write-in votes and 21.5% of the vote in Utah.
