Event details
Jazz Vocal Collective

This exciting inaugural event kicks off a new partnership between McCarter and Jazz at Princeton University (led by the award winning, incomparable alto saxophonist Rudresh Mahanthappa who has moved many McCarter audiences with his Indo-Pak Coalition and as part of Vijay Iyer’s ensemble.)
Multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, and composer Camille Thurman joins Princeton’s Jazz Vocal Collective, under the direction of Dr. Trineice Robinson-Martin, in the celebration of life, love, and culture through diverse musical styles and composers.
Mahanthappa, McCarter, and the Department of Music at Princeton are thrilled to welcome music enthusiasts everywhere to experience the magic that happens when extraordinary, visionary talent and students of jazz share the stage.
PU Undergraduate & Graduate students can access FREE TICKETS with Passport to the Arts using promo code PUTIGER. Students must book online at www.mccarter.org. Choose the show and enter code before selecting seats.
