Lectures In Faculty Entrepreneurship | Employee Equity Grants: How to Avoid Early Mistakes That May Cost You Dearly Later

RSVP Required

Princeton faculty are invited to the next Lectures In Faculty Entrepreneurship event on Tuesday June 28th from 12 – 1:30 pm ET online to learn about the benefits and drawbacks of issuing employee equity to early employees of your startup at Princeton.

Speakers Dror Futter ’86, Rimon Law, Ed Zschau ’86, Parker Remick and Kirsten Leute, Osage University Partners will bring their unique insights as a venture lawyer, a recruiter of top startup talent and a venture capitalist to this lively discussion on the role of employee equity in attracting and retaining top talent and the costs to the founder of being too generous too early in a company’s growth trajectory.

Lectures in Faculty Entrepreneurship is a regularly scheduled lecture series on different important aspects of entrepreneurship and innovation in the natural sciences, engineering, social sciences, humanities and arts.

For questions, please contact Lauren Bender (labender@princeton.edu), Anne-Marie Maman (amaman@princeton.edu) or Tony Williams (anthonyw@princeton.edu).
