Molecular Biology Outreach Program & Olsson's Fine Foods
This class will start by looking at the history of cheesemaking and some of the science that goes into the making of one of our favorite foods. We will then get our hands dirty and make some Mozzarella cheese for ourselves. Cut off for registration will be September 7 at 5 PM.
