Weight-Inclusive Approaches to Health and Wellness
In this class, you’ll learn about the benefits of approaching health and wellness from a weight-inclusive perspective instead of the traditional weight-centric paradigm. We’ll discuss the Health at Every Size® framework, the pitfalls of diet culture and the pathways for body acceptance, respect and appreciation.
