The food featured in our Brainy Bites is the Korean “national treasure” – Kimchi! We will discuss the science behind fermentation in the Kimchi making process and its cultural significance, and give you an opportunity to try your hands at making delicious Kimchi!

CST proudly hosts this event in collaboration with the Molecular Biology Outreach Program, the Department of East Asian Studies, and the Korean Students Association.
