Science Humor
Because research can be frustrating and a bit too serious sometimes, I have the following proposal. We get together to come up with solutions that seem to work—but won’t actually work—for world problems. These solutions can be based on your research (or not). However, the main goal is humor and to have fun with the solution we can think of. It doesn’t really matter if the idea works or not (Obviously, it is great if it does!). For example, because I study the gut microbiome, so most of my solutions will be based on using microbes to do silly things (I won’t spoil it). If you like the idea or think it is stupid, please join us this Friday (01/27/2023) at 11:30 pm (for 30 minutes) in Schultz 318 and feel free to bring your lunch. If you have questions, feel free to contact Moamen Elmassry, elmassry@princeton.edu.
