Sustainable Productivity: Practical Strategies for Wellness and Success
In a world of exploitation, overwork, and burnout—where many of us rely on providing some form of labor to survive— what does regenerative and sustainable productivity look like? In this interactive workshop, you will learn the foundations of sustainable productivity and develop strategies to create your own toolkit of practical time and project-management strategies. You will also be challenged to redefine productivity, wellness, and success outside of external notions and in ways that align with your own body, identities, and core values. Open to the entire campus community. Dinner will be served starting at 4:45pm.
