In this session, Charmaine Branch & Angela Brown (PhD candidates, Art & Archaeology) will present their ongoing project Símaran: Reading with Taíno Objects in the Princeton University Art Museum and discuss with Bryan Just and Paulina Pineda (PhD candidate, Comp Lit) strategies for making Indigenous artworks accessible both within and beyond the art museum and the lengthy processes of repatriation.
