Princeton Zen Club strives to build an inclusive community for active mindfulness practices. We serve as a platform for all Princeton members to learn and advance in meditation through guided meditation classes and meditation retreats. Chung Tai Zen Whisphers are biweekly meditation classes with Our Venerable Master of Zen Buddhism, Jiantan Shi, from Chung Tai Zen Center of Houston. Each class includes an English discussion (30 min), sitting & walking meditation (30 min), and a Mandarin discussion (30 min) on selected topics. All backgrounds and beliefs are welcome. Bring your meditation cushion or yoga mat!
