Distinguished Lecture Series: Hallucination in Text Summarization: From News to Narrative
Join us for a talk by Professor McKeown on mitigating hallucinations in text summarization. She will discuss different types of errors in language models and strategies to reduce hallucinations, highlighting how the issue varies across genres and tasks from single news article summaries to multi-perspective news aggregation and short story summarization.
