MPP 231: Princeton Steel Band Performance
Originating in the vibrant streets of Trinidad and Tobago, the steel pan has evolved into a global musical phenomenon, captivating hearts and minds with its unique melodies and infectious rhythms. The Princeton Steel Band is made of undergrad students interested in learning more about the performance practices of Trinidadian steel bands. The concert will feature music from the Caribbean directed by Dr. Kendall K. Williams.
