A policy-focused discussion of recent and ongoing developments in U.S. immigration law, with particular attention to how these changes affect universities and international students. The session will conclude with time for moderated questions.
Session II — Practical Guidance for International Students
2:45 PM – 3:45 PM
A student-focused session offering general legal guidance on navigating common immigration pathways, timelines, and challenges facing international students in the current environment, followed by Q&A.
