Shroff

As chief audit and compliance officer at Princeton, Nilufer K. Shroff is responsible for providing overall leadership for the University’s internal audit and institutional compliance programs. Shroff has over 26 years of internal audit and consulting experience, including 20 years in health care and higher education.

She is a chartered accountant, certified internal auditor, and certified risk management professional. She has held various leadership positions with the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), including member of the Board of Governors and President of the Philadelphia Chapter of the IIA, and has also served as co-chair of the compliance and audit committee of the Metropolitan Philadelphia Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and economics as well as a bachelor of laws degree from Mumbai University.
