Fall lecture series focuses on gospel music .

The University will host four speakers in a fall lecture series titled "Made in America: The History of Black Gospel Music" from Sept. 25 through Dec. 3 in 101 McCormick Hall.

Princeton professor Eddie Glaude and Howard University professor Greg Carr will discuss different ways of leading African American studies programs at 4:30 p.m. Monday, April 11, at McCormick Hall, Room 101.

Discussion marks 40th anniversary of black studies .

"Black Studies At 40: The Ivy League" is the title of a panel discussion set for 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 10, in Betts Auditorium, School of Architecture.

Grafton to present the Baldwin Lecture on 'Race in the Renaissance?' .

Anthony Grafton, the Henry Putnam University Professor of History, will deliver the annual James Baldwin Lecture at 5:30 p.m. Monday, March 30, in 101 McCormick Hall.
