Hot science topics for cold winter days: The Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory’s Science on Saturday lecture series begins Jan. 12 and continues through March 16

The Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory’s (PPPL) 2019 Ronald E. Hatcher Science on Saturday Lecture Series begins Jan. 12 at 9:30 a.m. at PPPL, 100 Stellarator Road, Princeton. The first lecture in the 10-week free program at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) national laboratory combines the unlikely topics of heavy metal and quantum physics: “When the Uncertainty Principle Goes to 11….or How to Explain Quantum Physics with Heavy Metal.” A full schedule is available here.
