Open Source: Community Driven and Supporting Open Access
Open source software can support open access initiatives. The panel includes library software developers and library service providers who will provide an introduction to open source software created by library groups in support of open access communities. Manifold publishing platform will be introduced as an example of an open source software project that supports open access scholarship and is continually enhanced through community efforts and feedback.
