Zen Whispers--Meditation Classes with Chung Tai
Welcome back! Princeton Zen Club is excited to kick off the spring semester with in-person meditation classes and special events. Check out the attached poster for our schedule with Ven. Master Jiantan Shi, who has been guiding us since 2019.
Our regular bi-weekly classes include English discussion (30 min), sitting and walking meditation (30 min), and Mandarin discussion (30 min). The sessions are designed to be flexible for both English and Mandarin speakers. Feel free to join or leave based on your availability. Please bring a cushion/mat if possible.
Classes are on Mondays from 5:30-7:00 pm in Frist Campus Center Multi-Purpose Room A (*except on Mar 18, location to be announced), starting next Monday (Feb 5).
