Faculty and Staff only: In addition to two (2) free tickets, all university Faculty and Staff can also purchase additional tickets at a price point of $6 per ticket.
About African Music Ensemble
Led by Olivier Tarpaga, Senior Lecturer in Music and award-winning composer and choreographer, the African Music Ensembles (AME) at Princeton University offer students a dynamic and immersive exploration of Africa’s rich and diverse musical heritage. Comprising two distinct ensembles, AME provides an in-depth opportunity to engage with both traditional and contemporary African music, drawing from the continent’s vast array of rhythms, instruments, and cultural expressions.
