Veterans Day Service
An annual observance of military service for the campus and municipal communities, open to the public. The 30-minute observance includes an invocation, speaker remarks, music and a benediction. The observance is followed by a public swearing-in of new ROTC students of the front steps of the Chapel (weather permitting).
University programs and activities are open to all eligible participants without regard to identity or other protected characteristics. Sponsorship of an event does not constitute institutional endorsement of external speakers or views presented.
