Effective Nov. 1: in engineering and construction, control systems operator Ronald Rickwell, after 37 years.
Effective Dec. 1: in the Council for International Teaching and Research, assistant to the director Sharon Kulik, after 23 years; in public safety, security officer Donald Hargraves, after 21 years.
