Faculty members submit resignations

Icahn Laboratory is one of several buildings on campus housing the labs that collectively make up the Center for the Physics of Biological Function, a new Princeton-CUNY collaboration to investigate biophysics.

Three faculty members have submitted their resignations from the University, effective July 1.

  • N. Jeremy Kasdin, Eugene Higgins Professor of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, to accept a position at the University of San Francisco and to be named Eugene Higgins Professor of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Emeritus;
  • Stephen Morris, Alexander Stewart 1886 Professor of Economics, to accept a position at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and to be named Alexander Stewart 1886 Professor of Economics, Emeritus;
  • Laura Quick, assistant professor of religion and Judaic studies, to accept a position at the University of Oxford.
