The Board of Trustees has approved title changes for two Princeton vice presidents.

Mark Burstein, vice president for administration since 2004, has been named executive vice president. Christopher McCrudden, treasurer of the University since 2001, will become vice president for finance and treasurer.

"These changes, I believe, reflect more accurately the roles played by Mark and Chris as members of the senior administration," said President Shirley M. Tilghman. "I look forward to working with them in the years to come."

Burstein has had direct oversight of human resources, facilities, compliance, public safety and University services. In addition, Vice President for Campus Life Janet Dickerson also will now report to Burstein.

McCrudden has responsibility for the offices of budget, capital finance, the controller, investment administration, loans and receivables, mail services, purchasing, risk management, real estate finance and University financials.

All changes are effective July 1, 2005.
