Goin' Back: Reunions 2012

Each year, thousands of alumni return to Princeton for Reunions, where they learn, laugh and reconnect with their classmates and the University. Here's a look at this year's festivities.

This year, more than 20,000 Princeton University alumni, family members and friends are expected on campus for Reunions 2012, creating memories that will last a lifetime. Before the event — which runs Thursday through Sunday, May 31 through June 3 — dozens of alumni submitted photos via email and social media to be featured in a slideshow highlighting past Reunions.

Some 20,000 Princeton University alumni, family and friends began arriving on campus Thursday, May 31, to reconnect with classmates, enjoy performances by student groups, attend panel discussions and show off their most colorful orange and black wares during Reunions 2012.

Dozens of Princeton alumni submitted photos via email and social media to be featured in a slideshow of Reunions memories before this year's fun begins.

Princeton University alumni are arriving on campus by plane, train, car, foot and even float — P-rade float that is — for Reunions 2016. Approximately 25,000 alumni and friends are expected to attend the celebration Thursday, May 26, through Sunday, May 29.

Alumni kick off Reunions 2013 .

Elizabeth Patterson, a graduate of the Class of 1994, considers Princeton University Reunions both a college and family reunion. Her husband, father, brother and sister — all Princeton alumni — are together on campus this weekend to celebrate Reunions 2013. Patterson was among the more than 24,000 Princeton alumni, family and friends expected at Reunions Thursday, May 30 through Sunday, June 3.

Approximately 26,000 Princeton alumni are on campus for Reunions 2018. The festivities run Thursday through Sunday, May 31-June 3.
