NEWS BRIEF: Gellman receives Polk journalism award

Washington Post reporter Barton Gellman, a visiting professional specialist at the Woodrow Wilson School and a visiting lecturer in public and international affairs, was one of four reporters awarded the 2013 George Polk Award for National Security Reporting for investigative stories based on top-secret documents disclosed by former intelligence analyst Edward Snowden. The award will be presented April 11 in New York.
