FACULTY AWARD: Rogerson wins R.K. Cho Economics Prize

Richard Rogerson, the Charles and Marie Robertson Professor of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, has been named the winner of the 8th R.K. Cho Economics Prize by Yonsei University. This prize is awarded to individuals who have made outstanding achievements in the area of economic research. Rogerson will receive his award at an October ceremony in Seoul, South Korea.

Krugman presented with Nobel Prize .

In accepting his Nobel Prize in Sweden this week, Princeton economist Paul Krugman gave credit to a global network of colleagues who helped him reshape the way people understand how the world's economy functions.

Noted economist visiting Princeton to enhance study of Korea .

Un-Chan Chung, a leading Korean economist and former president of Seoul National University, will spend this semester at Princeton to lend his expertise to the University's expanding focus on Korean studies. Chung will be a visiting fellow at the Princeton Institute for International and Regional Studies (PIIRS).
